Jenna Glover joined the Ottawa Convention Centre team in September and now oversees large-scale and VIP food and beverage events, galas and concerts. She recently relocated from Toronto and brings with her a diverse background of event planning and hospitality. Starting her career at Angus Glen Golf Course and Conference Centre in Markham, Ontario, Jenna managed the execution of various events, including golf tournaments, social events and weddings. Jenna has also been involved with major international events such as the Canadian Open Tournament. Concurrent with her role at Angus Glen. She attended George Brown College graduating with honours from the Event Planning – Destination Tourism program. Building upon this experience, Jenna joined an event marketing agency in downtown Toronto and was an integral part of a small team responsible for the creation, planning and execution of some of the most high-profile award-winning events in Canada and the United States.

Most recently, prior to joining the OCC, Jenna was an integral part of the Event Department at Rogers Centre (formerly SkyDome), where she executed some of Toronto’s top sporting events such as Toronto Argonaut CFL games, Buffalo Bills NFL games and UFC 129. Jenna was also responsible for the execution of family shows including Sesame Street Live and Disney on Ice, as well as large-scale concerts such as Bon Jovi with Kid Rock, the Eagles and Dixie Chicks.
